Why give my dog Moe’s supplements?

Where are your products made?
Moe’s products are proudly made in the United States of America, with globally-sourced ingredients. All Moe’s products are produced in a cGMP certified facility, promising the best quality available for your pup.
Are your chews safe for all dog sizes and breeds?
Absolutely! Moe’s Chews are ideal for all breeds of dogs, in all stages of life. Please refer to the chart on the product’s container for dosage information, which is based on your pet’s weight.
What flavoring options do you have available?
Currently, our products contain either all-natural chicken flavoring or smoked salmon flavoring, depending upon the product. We find that our meat-flavored chews encourage our dogs to consume the supplements, making the process hassle-free for you!
But, we are always innovating new products for your pup’s evolving needs. When you sign up for our email list, you can be one of the first to know of limited time offerings and flavorful additions to the Moe’s lineup!
I’m used to supplements in pill or tablet form - why are yours in a soft chews form?
Pills and tablets have their place, but we found a way to deliver the same benefits in a form your dog will actually want to eat - the days of wrapping a pill for your pooch in cheese slice, and making sure they actually swallow it, should be behind us. Our soft chews are easy for pups to chew, and their all-natural meat flavoring means they’ll actually devour them.
How and when should Moe’s Soft Chews be given?
Can be administered before or after mealtimes. We find this helps to ensure proper absorption, giving your pup the maximum benefits of the product. Please refer to our packaging for dosage instructions, which are based on your pet’s weight. Take care not to exceed two (2) servings per day.
What are Moe’s Products formulated with?
Moe’s products are formulated with wholesome ingredients, and never contain GMO’s, wheat, added artificial colors, or artificial preservatives. Our ingredients are curated thoughtfully, pulling in elements from nature whenever and wherever appropriate. From salmon oil, to Omegas, krill oil, turmeric, flaxseed, and more - we bring the Earth’s power players to your pet in a flavorful bite in the various products in our line.
Do your products contain hemp with THC in them, and will they make my dog “high”?
Our Chillout Chews contain hemp seed powder, a nutritional powerhouse which provides a range of unique calming effects. It does not, however, contain THC - this means your pup can enjoy the calming qualities of the product without the “high”.
What is your Subscribe & Save program?
Moe’s offers a special program for our most loyal of customers! When you sign up for Subscribe & Save you will always receive a 10% discount on your recurring order, as well as free shipping. You can choose your frequency of delivery between 30, 45, or 60 days. We are flexible and want the best options for you and your pup so you may adjust your frequency or cancel at any time.
How do returns work?
In short, a happy you is a happy us! We want to make sure that you and your pooch are 100% satisfied with your Moe’s purchase. For this reason, we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive the product in the mail. If your return is within the 30-day window, please email woof@moeshealthypets.com. From there, our team will provide you a return label. Once the package has been received, we will process the refund. It can take up to 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card service to reverse the charge. Please expect processing delays over holidays and weekends.
