Uncompromised support for your pup will be at your door in no time. Please allow 5-8 business days for its safe arrival for standard shipping.
We want to make sure that you and your pooch are 100% satisfied with your Moe’s purchase. For this reason, we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive the product in the mail. If your return is within the 30-day window, please email woof@moeshealthypets.com.
From there, our team will provide you a return label. Once the package has been received, we will process the refund. It can take up to 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card service to reverse the charge. Please expect processing delays over holidays and weekends.
